REY Hotel Hanoi

We wanted a short getaway in Hanoi, even though we live here, and chose Rey Hotel for its central location and caring staff. Ngoc was especially friendly and helpful. We asked for authentic local food recommendations, the sort of places locals go rather than tourist spots, and her suggestions were right on, from pho and bun to little hidden street food places. She also pointed us to some relaxed, less crowded places to spend the evening, which we appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, modern but still warm. It was lovely to come back and unwind after exploring. Our stay in March became one of our best Hanoi staycations. If you want a central hotel with staff who can point you toward local experiences, Rey Hotel is a solid choice. Thanks to Ngoc and the whole team for making it memorable.

Breakfast had a great spread and was a lovely start before heading out to explore Hanoi. The hotel is in a quiet, safe area, within walking distance of plenty of places. Our room was comfortable and well designed, and the whole place had a wonderful feel. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We’ll book again when we return!

Crystal jade restaurant serves Chinese cuisine that I’d rate 10/10, and the rooms are high quality, with sinks and drains that worked properly. They don’t have facilities such as a gym or swimming pool, which may leave more space for rooms and focus, in my opinion. The food and drink selection could be broader. For example, there could be hot water and brewed coffee at the breakfast station, and the famous banh mi wasn’t available at breakfast.

The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and breakfast was delicious, with different food options each day. Our room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. There’s lots to do nearby, thanks to the great location. I’d definitely stay again!
