Rosee Hotel & Apartment

The room was clean and spacious, with a living room, kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom. I stayed three nights, and the front desk lady was always smiley and helpful. She even waived the bottled-water charges when I didn't have small change. Staff were on site 24 hours, so late-night requests could be handled. There were some real annoyances, though. The shampoo smelled awful. A front desk staff member sniffed it, gagged, and told housekeeping to change it, saying it probably had rotten stuff inside. When they changed it, they just refilled the bottle without rinsing out the old shampoo. The kettle was old, with rough, scraped metal inside, and took about 10 minutes to boil water. Housekeeping were relaxing in the room opposite mine, so I asked for an extra toilet roll for my three-night stay. The woman said there was already one there, even though I wanted a spare so I wouldn't have to call them at an inconvenient time. Later she took away a clean towel I'd put on the floor, despite me telling her not to, and didn't replace it. That housekeeping lady had an attitude problem. Besides those issues, it was a great stay.

A nice, clean place, and the staff are really nice. The card reader wasn't very reliable while I was there, so bring enough cash to pay for your nights.

It was okay.

Good.
