We stayed for three days and paid around 4.4 million Vietnamese Dong. The breakfast was included, started at 6:30 AM, and had a huge spread. There were noodles, fried rice, chicken sausages, bacon, local dishes, baked beans, croissants and other baked goods, plus sushi, pastries, fruit, milkshakes, and juices. It meant we could eat before heading out each day. We booked a Deluxe Double Room with a King-Size bed. The room felt a little cramped because the bed was so large, but it had the basic amenities, and the bathroom was spacious. Since it was our honeymoon, they decorated the room with flowers and sent complimentary fruit. At check-in we got complimentary drinks, and the receptionist took the time to explain local sights and share the train times for train street. The staff's hospitality was a class apart, and we were greeted so warmly.

Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, with a buffet as well as omelettes, fried eggs, and other items made to order. I couldn't fault the breakfast team or the front desk. The location was really good, too. Aimee was fantastic after we booked, answering my questions over WhatsApp and arranging our Ha Long Bay trip and boat cruise, which was wonderful. The other women at reception were great as well, though I've unfortunately forgotten their names. Our fifth-floor room was spacious, with a queen bed and a single, but the mattresses felt a bit firm to me. It looked out over the road and nearby buildings. The room was clean, the shower was very good, and we got fresh bottles of water every day.

The front desk staff took real pride in their work and cared about making sure I had a good time in Hanoi. Their recommendations were great. The room stayed very clean throughout my week-long stay, and the laundry service was inexpensive. Breakfast was pretty much on par with other hotels. The location made it easy to get picked up for tours, and anything you'd want to do in the Old Quarter was within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again.

The buffet breakfast was a winner, and I loved the food options. The croissant was especially good, though I don't have a photo. Service was great, the room was super clean, and everyone was attentive, approachable, really nice, and spoke good English. 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️

We came back three times because of our itinerary and never once wanted to leave. San Premier is in an incredible spot in the Old Quarter, just a three-minute walk to Train Street and close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Walking around the market areas at night felt like an experience in itself, and the area seemed extremely safe. The staff were amazing: welcoming, friendly, helpful, and kind. Our rooms were comfortable and bright, and breakfast had a great range of choices for everyone, especially the excellent omelettes. We highly recommend San Premium and are grateful to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.
