The place itself was nice, and they even tried to arrange for a neighboring hotel to let us use their bathroom. I appreciate the effort, but it came too late to make up for what happened. The water stopped in the middle of the night while I was bathing, so I couldn't finish, and nobody was available to help because we were locked out.

The price seemed reasonable, and our room looked out toward both Hoan Kiem Lake and the wooden bridge street. It’s right by the lake, though finding the hostel in its alley took a bit of effort.

The owners were polite and the view was nice. My only issue was how hard it was to park a motorbike.

The rooms were clean, though the entrance took some finding. Also, the two neighboring rooms don't have separate entrances.
