Suki House Hanoi

This quiet hostel has spotless rooms and bathrooms, and a good laundry machine for self-service washing. The room setup feels private, with wooden partitions and a curtain. There's little space left in the room, so bags go in cupboards in the hallway. That wasn't a problem for me, since I don't like having my backpack contents spill out. I'd stay again. It might not suit a solo traveler hoping to meet people, since it's quiet.

The place was really clean, even the sponge for dirty dishes, which is rare. The staff were kind and ready to help, whether it was finding the best local food or the cheapest working shops for electronic repairs. There's a 10 bed room, which is the cheapest option, as well as rooms for two. Facilities include what you need, like soap and towels, and you can wash clothes for a fee. Breakfast is included, the location is good, and it's cheap with friendly people. A definite five for me. I'll come back.

The private rooms are really comfortable, and the AC works very well. Breakfast is OK, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. It's very close to the Train Street, so it's easy to go there in the evening and watch the trains roll through the street. Quiet, but good.

The place felt clean, quiet, and welcoming, and the service made our stay easy. We could walk five minutes to the party hostels, then come back to a comfortable place to sleep. The accommodation also seemed well suited to families. We’re coming back to Hanoi at the end of our Vietnam trip and plan to stay at sukis again. A+.
