I paid for a reservation, but the owner never answered my calls or emails. I lost my money.

The company is called NVT HOUSING. I booked through a booking website and tried to arrange self-check-in, but they never replied or picked up my calls. Don’t make a reservation with them.

I was trying to get to Vincom and accidentally went into this building. I had no cash, so I asked the parking attendant whether I could transfer the money. If transfers weren’t accepted, they could have just told me politely. Instead, the attendant working on the morning of August 30th spoke in an extremely rude, resentful, almost gloating way. If they can’t be flexible, they should at least show basic manners.
