The room had no window, but that was fine since I was only there briefly. I booked because the hotel is close enough to walk to from Hanoi train station, and the price was very reasonable with breakfast included. Breakfast wasn't a huge selection, but it seemed fair for the price. There was chicken or beef pho, plus fried eggs and omelets.

The main plus is how close it is to the Old Quarter. You can easily walk there, and the hotel and rooms are well maintained and good. The narrow street is the one downside, since large vehicles can't park for more than 10 minutes.

The location is very close to a prime spot in the Old Quarter, which was good. The rooms were clean and fresh. Vegetarian and vegan food could have been better, especially since so many guests are Indian.

The rooms were cozy and the beds comfortable during my three-day stay. It's near the railway station and train street, though you need to walk a bit to reach the Old Quarter markets. The receptionists were helpful, but on our last day they forgot to pack the breakfast we'd ordered in advance. Breakfast choices were very limited.

There’s barely room to move around, and even the corridors feel cramped. Our bed was broken, as was the hair dryer. Staff were often nowhere to be found, and there’s no bellboy to bring your luggage upstairs, whatever it weighs, so you end up carrying it yourself. The staff we did encounter were rude and stubborn. This place really doesn’t suit medium to larger people. The worst hotel in all of Hanoi.
