Tran Gia Lang Ha Hotel

Okay.

I didn't believe the complaints until I went to collect the luggage myself the other day. The room smelled awful, too. This happens whenever I book for an official on a work trip: if they arrive early before a meeting, the driver goes to pay and get the car before the boss has even sat in the waiting room. The hotel lights are already off, so they have to use their phones to find their bags. I keep hearing complaints about how strange hotels in Hanoi are, and now I've seen this for myself. Terrible smell.

It's quiet and has a nice atmosphere, and the staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable too. I'd come back.

The staff were enthusiastic and always willing to help with whatever I needed. I liked how relaxed and comfortable the place felt, without being restrictive. It's conveniently located for either work or leisure. My room was clean and smelled good, and the bed was comfortable enough for me to sleep well all night. I was very satisfied and would return when I get the chance. If you're unsure, go ahead and book.
