The host was great and very helpful at check-in. The apartment is comfortable and has all the amenities, including a washing machine that was a lifesaver. It's in a quiet part of the city, within walking distance of the train street, and feels like a hidden gem. My complaints are the awkward TV position and the very old clothes-hanging contraption, which hurt me. The electronic bidet in the toilet didn't work either, though for the price I can't complain. This will be my go-to place to stay in hanoi in the future.

It's spacious compared with places in the old quarter, and sits on a quiet street close to train street. I was comfortable there despite being sensitive to noise. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the place had all the basics except a tissue box.

The host was very supportive with anything we needed, and the caretaker was so sweet. Zody House felt like home during our late November stay. It's peaceful and quiet, while still being convenient for getting to the city's major spots. A lovely blend of comfort, quiet, and a handy location.

Train Street is only 500 meters away, but the place is tucked out of the Old Quarters' chaos and feels calm and relaxing. Everything I needed was taken care of, and the accommodation was comfortable, well maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. I had a wonderful, hassle-free stay.

A really nice stay in Hanoi. It had all the amenities you could ask for, and was close to the attractions while staying away from the noise.
