The receptionist was rude and no help at all. The WiFi barely worked, and the whole stay felt uncomfortable. The room was cramped and dirty, with a horrible smell from the bathroom drain. A bedside lamp was broken and wouldn't stay in place, and the electrical outlets were unsafe, with their plastic covers torn off. Even the restroom by reception was dirtier than most public toilets I've seen, so the lack of cleanliness was obvious from the start. There was also a strange feel to the room: a huge mirror beside the bed, colored lights, and a pack of condoms next to the bed. I have no idea what the hotel used to be, but it didn't feel like normal accommodation. This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. It was dirty, smelly, unsettling, and the WiFi was useless.

I stayed for a month, and the staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. They cleaned the room whenever I asked and brought me other things I needed. The room itself was clean and nice, with a big bed, smart TV, closet, and desk. The location is great, right in the heart of the city but off the main road, so it isn't too noisy. My only complaint is the internet. It wasn't great, so if you're working online like me, having your own connection is a good idea.

There was no window, and sound carried between rooms so badly that I couldn't sleep for two nights because the baby next door kept making noise. The room was quite big and well equipped, which is a shame, but it smelled terrible even after I asked to switch rooms. Bugs kept coming out of the bathroom vent, with more appearing every day. I wouldn't recommend it.

I've returned many times. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle, and there's an elevator. It's basically a love hotel, but the soundproofing seems decent. Staff are always helpful, though their English is limited. Great value in D1. 👍

It's quiet here but close to everything, and reception is staffed 24/7. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had trouble with my phone, and the lady at the desk was always glad to help. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, though it had no window 🤭. I'm sure you could ask for a room with one. Thank you so much. 🙏
