D1MENSION Luxury Apartment City Center

At 2 pm, the scheduled check-in time, I was waiting for the host when a message came through the Booking.com app saying there were no apartments left. I had a confirmed booking for a two-bedroom at Zenity and D1Mension, and the host told me to cancel it. We were only told this at check-in, leaving us at risk of having nowhere to stay at the last minute. We arrived around 1 pm without knowing which of the two separate buildings we were meant to use. There was no lobby or concierge to help, which made finding check-in information especially hard with elderly people in my group. At 1:30, even after I showed the confirmation, the host still didn’t know which building or room we had booked. It looked to me as if the host or property manager was creating extra phantom listings to get the highest price, though I can’t confirm that. There were many other groups around the lobby area who had also booked this property through Booking.com, possibly through a different host or listing. Book at your own risk and be prepared for a last-minute lack of accommodation.

Our apartment was roomy and clean, with fresh towels, kitchen utensils, and bathroom toiletries provided. The person we booked through Booking.com kept us well informed on WhatsApp, and once we had the key card, we got into the apartment straight away. Some reviews are bad, but I think it depends on who you book with.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the stay, especially the fantastic rooftop pool and gym. No complaints from us.

We were three guys from Austria and booked ahead through Airbnb. The location was nice, the rooms were fine, and access to both the pool and gym was included. Everything went smoothly, no problems.
