We booked two Executive Rooms overlooking the market and shops, and the view was beautiful, especially at night when the market area lights up. The hotel is directly opposite Ben Thanh Market, which made shopping and exploring the city really convenient. Saigon Centre and Saigon Square are less than a five minute walk away, and there are lots of good food options nearby. We were travelling with kids, so I emailed ahead to ask for rooms side by side. Kelly replied quickly and arranged just what we needed. She was there at check-in too, and made everything smooth. She was warm, friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the hotel when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The third-floor soaking tub and smoking balcony were a lovely bonus, and a great way to relax. The rooms are modern and beautiful, with less noise than I expected for such a central spot. A&Em Hotel Ben Thanh is right in the middle of everything, so getting around Saigon was easy. I couldn't have asked for a better base.

Ms.Mai checked in with me during my stay and made sure I was comfortable. Even during the busy New Year period, she managed to get me a VIP room. Her help made everything go smoothly. Really great experience!

Vinh was especially helpful as concierge, and very friendly too. The location worked well, the staff were welcoming, and the room was fine, though noise from guests opening doors along the corridor late at night was a bit of an issue. I'd stay again.

It felt cozy and clean, almost like being at home. I've stayed in a few places in Ho Chi Minh, and this is my second favorite after the Edoya near Ben Thanh Market. I'd come back.
