Aladdin Hotel and Apartment

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had the amenities I needed. The location was convenient for major attractions and transport. Aladdin Hotel was a great deal for the price, with good service and top-notch facilities. I had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality at an affordable price.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the towels were old and weren’t changed for three days. Room service didn’t come on schedule, so we had to clean ourselves.

I’d already stayed two nights and paid 1160k VND. I checked out at 5am to go to Chau Doc, where I was staying overnight. When I came back the next day, exhausted after the long motorbike ride, I asked to rent a room for three hours so I could rest before my flight. The owner refused, saying they don’t rent by the hour and I had to pay the full day’s rate of 580k VND. I pleaded, but they still wouldn’t help. I felt the hotel showed no compassion or friendliness. I was only asking for a short rest while waiting for my flight, and they wouldn’t try to resolve it. The place lacks humanity.

I was upset by how I was treated when I came to make a reservation. At 11:20 AM on March 22nd, 2025, the security guard was asleep. He seemed annoyed when I knocked, and the receptionist wasn’t at the counter. I was told to wait and reminded there was a doorbell, so I apologized for not seeing it. Even after I apologized, the guard criticized me for knocking and said it would break the glass. We argued. I was scolded harshly over a simple mistake while trying to book a room, and I’ll never come back for service like that.
