Amory Apartment

Miss Ngoc and Mr. Quan made a real difference with their courteous, professional help and warm smiles. The whole Hotel Amory team was welcoming, and I'd be glad to stay there again. My room was clean, thoughtfully set up, and well equipped, and the property felt comfortable and well cared for. I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it.

The breakfast was a highlight, with traditional Vietnamese dishes and fresh ingredients. Little Hanoi is down the street for egg coffee and more, and the new market/central market is right across the road. We spent four days at Amory Hotel, and the staff greeted us at the door every time we came back. They also let us know when a package arrived, handled our laundry promptly, and answered the phone even at odd hours. One receptionist was so sweet and accommodating that we took a photo together. We had a great time and would recommend the place 1000/100.

We didn't need a car or Grab during our four nights here. Malls, cute cafes, and major tourist spots were all within walking distance, which made the location perfect for us. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Mr. Quan was especially nice and accommodating. Thanks, Amory, we'd book again for the convenience. See you next time.

The location is great and the price is good, and Quan at the front desk was especially sincere and enthusiastic. The staff overall really try. I had an okay triple room, but the double room wasn't good, with a tiny window and hardly any light. The rooms' layout and quality leave something to be desired, and the cleanliness seemed a little questionable. I even saw cockroaches in the breakfast area. For the price and location it's hard to complain, though it definitely isn't the best place I've stayed.
