My husband booked and paid in full for five nights, but when we arrived around 4am, they wouldn't let us check in because we were late. They cancelled the whole booking and gave us no refund. It felt like a scary place. This deserves less than one star, or no star at all. Scam!

It's really cheap and near tourist destinations, but very dirty. I saw a rat inside the hotel. When I tried to sleep, I noticed my pillowcase was torn.

The price is affordable and the place is just nice, but it's quite far from halal food restaurants. Walking to ben than takes 10 to half an hour. Grab or uber would be much easier.
