The staff working there were nice and helpful, but the room was far more worn down than the photos, which looked like they were taken just after the property opened. Don't expect a bright, clean room like the pictures. The place is easy to miss because the lettering is silver on a white wall. There were lots of cut marks on our curtains, as if someone had used scissors. The sink was broken when we checked in. Staff adjusted it, but it kept leaking badly underneath, so we covered the area with towel after towel. The elevator is small, the stairs are dirty, and sometimes you can smell smoke in the hallway despite the no-smoking rule. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Laundry costs 30 000 per kilo.

The rooms were nice, clean, and cool, and the prices were reasonable. It's centrally located, close to entertainment areas and restaurants. The staff were quite friendly and often helped me. I'll definitely come back on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City. You should come and experience it!

The room was very small and smelled moldy. I told Alvin the next day, and he said I could find somewhere else, even though it was December 31st. I had clearly asked before arriving for the room to be cleaned and was reassured that renovations had been done in October, so it would be clean. I also asked to have the room cleaned and aired out, but that wasn't done. The hotel is in a good location.

The family running the place gave us really good service, and the price felt like good value. We stayed three nights in February 2026. It's in a central spot but stayed quiet.

The owner was really friendly, and there are a few restaurants close by. Bui Vien street is only about a five-minute walk away, close enough to get there easily but far enough that the noise doesn't carry over.
