Apec Wander Hotel - Near Tan Dinh Market

The staff knew the area well and helped with my questions about things to do. There’s plenty within walking distance, but the hotel is tucked away, so outside doesn’t feel as busy. The rooms are especially big for the price, and everything from the room to the location worked out great. I’d stay again.

Lani at reception made check-out feel personal. She remembered my name and was easy and pleasant to talk to, even though I had to wait briefly while they checked the room. The Wi-Fi was strong, there were two bottles of water, and the stairs to my room were easy to manage. I spent one night in Deluxe Double Room #109. It looked into the hallway, with a little light coming under the curtain, but that didn’t disturb my sleep. The queen bed was comfortable and had silky sheets. I liked the flooring and the hot shower, though the alternative fabric patterned sheets weren’t really to my taste. There was quite a bit of hair on the floor, so cleanliness there could be better. Still, it was a casual, comfortable stay with genuine service. Thanks to Lani and the team.

Manager Lani was the best. I lost my passport, and she gave up her day off to go with me to the police station, translate, and sort out my problems on her own time. I couldn’t have managed it without her. The hotel itself is new, clean, and nicely priced. It’s one of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’d definitely return on another visit to HCMC. Highly recommended!

There are two nice restaurants right outside, plus three mini markets around the corner, a couple of coffee shops, and fashion stores. The hotel is tucked into a quiet alley, not far from tourist spots, so it’s a good choice if you want to avoid a loud tourist area. My room was cozy, clean, and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved staying here as a solo traveler.
