A handy stopover from the airport if you’re planning to stay longer. This part of the backpacker district is compact, with cafes close by, and a dorm bunk at $5 USD a night isn’t bad. It’s old but tidy. I’ll use it again ☺

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and suggested some typical Vietnamese dishes to try. I especially liked the omelette served on a crispy fried baguette. Definitely recommend staying here.

I’m quite happy with my stay at Budget Hostel. It was comfortable and affordable, and the best part is having so many shops and halal restaurant nearby. A lot of my friends recommended it, and I’d definitely come back. Two thumbs up!

Great for backpackers looking for cheap accommodation: the location is good, staff are friendly, and beer at reception is cheap. I called it the best hostel in Saigon, though I wouldn’t really know since this is the only one I’ve stayed in. Still, it was great, and I’d recommend it.

The rooms look nice, but the mattresses were among the worst I've had in a hostel, and some of the staff were friendly. I booked a bus through them, but when they took me to it, it had already left half an hour earlier. I missed it and had to take the night bus, which meant losing my hostel reservation without a refund.
