There are plenty of restaurants around, and the hotel is near the station in a less touristy area. The room was nice despite having no window, but the damp smell was really strong. Staff were friendly and helpful. For cleaning, you need to ask at the lobby.
10/10
The room was clean and decent for the price, and it looked the same as in the pictures. Road noise could be an issue if you're sensitive to it. You might be able to ask reception for earplugs.
2/10
The male receptionist lacked basic customer service skills. The room smelled bad, and nobody let me know that housekeeping had to be requested.
8/10
The street is a good location and not too busy, but the only lift is for luggage, so be ready to take the stairs.

Great pho nearby, and District 1 is only about 20k VND by bike. This little District 3 hotel got the basics right, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying here.
