Casa apartment - Sunrise City View

We were extremely unhappy with this stay, which lasted only two nights. We had booked an apartment in District 4, but when we arrived we were told a pipe had burst and we'd be moved to this apartment instead. They said it was equivalent. The location was worse, and we had to pay for the trip there ourselves. I wish we had looked for somewhere else when we were greeted and shown to the room. The shower only had cold water. The glass was cloudy under a thick layer of limescale, there was mold in the grout, and our towels had brown stains. The bed was extremely hard, though that's a matter of taste. There was dirt on the windows, furniture, and light switches, and the blind was broken so it only opened halfway. The elevators don't reach every floor. To get to the sixth floor you always have to use the stairs, and they were sometimes locked. There were broken tiles throughout the hallway and by the pool, with some missing in the pool area. Outside, the pool area had just two or three rusty chairs, not suitable for sunbathing. Everything was rusty, and the small bit of artificial turf was held together with old charging cable pieces. There wasn't much to do nearby and the city center was too far away, so we always needed a taxi. I have a very different idea of what 'equivalent' means. Two weeks earlier we stayed in District 1 for the same price, and deeply regret not booking there again.
