We got a lot for the price, especially with the friendly staff and quiet room. I expected to hear traffic, but the room stayed peaceful. The water pressure was good and there was hot water, and they did our laundry for a reasonable price. My wife did wish there had been a hairdryer in the room. It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam, but it worked out really well for us.

Our flight to North Vietnam got moved, so my friends and I needed somewhere for the night. We walked in and were given a room straight away. The owners were lovely. They don’t accept cards, and when we said we didn’t have cash, the man at reception kindly said we could pay later once we found an ATM.

For three nights in a family room for five, they provided just two bottles of water per night. The shower only had cold water, and the room was missing things like a kettle and hairdryer. Given the room quality, the price felt unreasonable. I won’t come back.
