The room was simple, nice, clean, and had a big bed for my overnight stay. The receptionist was really nice. Staff don’t speak English, but they’re happy to use their phones to translate. I mention it because some staff aren’t pleased when you use Google Translate to communicate. Nothing much to complain about, especially for the price.

The staff made check-in and the day-to-day interactions smooth and pleasant. They were professional, polite, and always helpful. I was also very satisfied with how clean the rooms were, which made the stay comfortable. The price was reasonable for the service and amenities. I’d recommend it for business or leisure, and I’ll choose this place again on my next trip.

I had a bad experience with the male receptionist. He asked to keep my ID overnight, even though that wasn’t supposed to be allowed by law, and asked for a 100k deposit if I didn’t want that. He said it was hotel policy. When I asked him to show me, he told me to go somewhere else. I don’t recommend staying here.

We were told to cancel and rebook at the desk for twice the price. Total rip-off. It’s a dump, and I don’t understand how it gets good ratings. Don’t stay there.
