The staff were super friendly and kind, understood our situation, and did their best to find a solution. But if you like sleeping, please don’t stay here. We knew we weren’t paying for luxury, and were fine with the convenient location, decent rooms, and working air con. Then after dinner, we came back tired to find a huge party scene on the street that lasted until 6am. Neither I, my husband, nor our mums slept a second. We asked the next day if it was just a weekend thing and were told it happens every day. I’m shocked by the good reviews and can only guess they came from very young backpackers who were there to party all night. The hotel didn’t describe the location or nighttime atmosphere on booking websites, and they should be responsible for that. After one night, we agreed with the hotel that they would charge us for another night and refund the rest. Even sorting that out was stressful. The booking website said the hotel had declined the refund, and it was only resolved after a long, stressful wait.

The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean, though the AC wasn’t very strong. I had paid for a room with a window, but they said they had none. When I arrived, they told me the hotel was full and sent me across the street to another one on the party street. The staff were nice, but what they did wasn’t fair. The music was very loud until 3-4 in the morning, and even earplugs didn’t help. I had an unpleasant three nights. I wasn’t the only one sent to the adjacent hotel; apparently, this is a common thing they do.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and well maintained, and its location near the center made it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, very accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made the whole visit better than we expected. We’d recommend it and stay again.

The rooms were very clean, and the hotel staff were friendly. There are plenty of food and coffee shops nearby, as well as some parks, the train station, and Ben Thanh Market. The location is close to all the bars, so it gets very lively. Great for a trip with friends, but I wouldn’t book it for a family. I’d stay again if I came back with friends.
