Cherysh Serviced Apartment

The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. Staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure I was all set and available whenever I had questions. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment close by, the location was very convenient. I had a great stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend it.

I was impressed by this apartment. It's in a convenient location, and the room is clean, neatly decorated, and fully equipped.

The noise made it impossible to rest. I had asked for a quiet room, but the soundproofing was nonexistent, and I could hear neighbors, the hallway, and noise from outside. Heavy construction right next to the hotel started at 7:42 a.m. with hammering, then a jackhammer began at 7:53. It carried on nonstop until I left at noon. Even my computer at full volume couldn't drown it out. The hotel never mentioned the work when I booked. The building is old and poorly maintained, and cleanliness was questionable. For instance, the microwave was dirty and had a nauseating smell, though replacing it would have been easy. The place also didn't look like the booking photos. I strongly advise against staying here if you want quiet, comfort, or basic professionalism.

The staff are helpful and available around the clock, and the central location makes it easy to reach entertainment and shopping. Our family will definitely return next time.
