City Garden Apartment Binh Thanh

Sometimes I'm trying to work near the restaurant and there are 15 kids running and screaming around. I like that the place has lots of kids, families, and pets, but at times I'd really like some quiet. An adult lounge or another peaceful spot to work would be a good addition. Apart from that, it's perfect.

It's a great place, but the constant, very loud music from the lake area is really annoying. Surely other residents are tired of it too 😭

Hey, I saw that you reply to all the comments, so I thought I'd ask: does CH complex have specific rules about dog size? I've got a 35kg golden retriever, and it's been hard to find a condo that will accept him.

I've lived in lots of apartment complexes in HCM over the past 13 years, and this is my favorite. Stepping out into the chaos and then coming home to quiet paths lined with palm trees was such a nice contrast. It feels like a little resort tucked into an alley. There's great food and plenty of bars in the area, but the on-site pools, spa, eco-refill station, laundry service, coffee shops, restaurant, and both local and international grocery stores meant we barely needed to go out. The balcony view was incredible and the walls kept the noise out really well. I absolutely loved living here!
