Nice place, and the service is good.

The room is only a few square meters and the mattress looks pretty old. Cars can't reach the gate, so you'll need to walk about 100 meters. If you drive, look for the map route to this kindergarten, then walk from there to get closer. The glass window is a plus and makes the room feel airy.

We rented a room at Cozrum for one day because of work. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a luxurious-looking bed, mattress, and furnishings, though it was a bit small. We booked a Frontview room, but its window faced the neighboring house's wall, so there was almost no view. Getting there was tricky. We booked through an app and hadn't realized Cozrum was in a narrow dead-end alley. We had a motorbike, which worked out; a taxi wouldn't have been able to reach it. The service was mixed. The woman who checked us in seemed indifferent, and I had to ask questions to get information instead of being guided. At checkout, there was only one key, so I asked my husband to hold it. When he went down first, no one was at reception, so he left it on the desk. The desk was still unattended when I came down, and the key was gone, so I called the hotline. I later learned the male receptionist was the only person working around the clock without shifts. That meant guests could find nobody at reception when arriving or leaving, which was inconvenient. The homestay should sort this out, at least with a sign giving instructions, rules, or a reception number. I've never seen a place where guests come and go as if it were empty. Bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, and comb. Cozrum doesn't provide disposable items. That may bother people who expect those basics at hotels and guesthouses, but I bring my own, so it wasn't an issue for me. It wasn't a great stay, but it wasn't terrible either.
