At 8 PM in a big city like HO CHI MINH, I was left trying to find somewhere else to stay, and they didn't solve the problem or even apologize. I want a voucher or something because they accepted my booking, then told me on arrival that I hadn't confirmed. I had confirmed, but I was on the airplane and replied an hour later. They said they'd already booked the room to someone else because I didn't respond in time. I accidentally left a good review before, but I want to change it to zero stars. Really bad service and experience. Never recommend this place. Don't stay here.

They made me wait almost an hour in the lobby on March 17, then said the room wouldn't be ready until 2 PM because it hadn't been cleaned. If they'd told me that upfront, they could have saved us the trouble. I was on a very busy five-day work trip from Hanoi to Saigon, checking in on March 17 and due to leave early at 3 AM on March 22. I'd paid for all five days, and my only request was help with early check-in. Staff had said guests checking out at noon would be prioritized so I could get my room earlier. On arrival, I had to pay the full amount by bank transfer, but the attitude and service were terrible. They couldn't even pour me a glass of water or turn on the fan, despite the Saigon weather being 33-35 degrees Celsius. The staff were snoring. The reception and call center handled things in an extremely unprofessional and irresponsible way. Very disappointing.

The room had everything I needed, and it was on a wide alley that cars could access. There were lots of handy restaurants nearby, and the city center was close. I'll be back soon.

There are plenty of restaurants around, and the hotel is well equipped and close to the city center. It's fantastic, and I'll definitely come back soon.

It's modern, beautiful, and clean, with lots of conveniences nearby. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to plenty of people.
