The quiet location made for good sleep, and there’s a nice café right outside with great coffee and vibes. We spent five days at MVillage Tu Xuong and it really felt like home. We arrived at 11am, ahead of the 2pm check-in time, and they checked us in right away, which we really appreciated after a flight. Service was excellent throughout, with room cleaning every other day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage. Useful extras included a laundry and dryer area, an iron, and a drinking water dispenser downstairs, plus a hair dryer and toiletries in the room. There’s no elevator, but the building is only two floors. We’d definitely stay again.

The location made it easy to explore several districts, and the courtyard coffee shop was a great bonus. We also appreciated the security presence for most of the day. After a 26-hour journey, landing at 1:15am on our first visit to Vietnam, having the hotel arrange an airport transfer saved us from sorting out Grab while exhausted. Our room matched the pictures and was the one we booked. The beds were firm, which suits us, and the shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff weren't always on site, but they made sure we had what we needed. They even offered to come by at 5am to carry our luggage downstairs. Such a thoughtful gesture. Our stay at M village tú xương was better than we expected. For clarity, nobody asked me to write this review or offered me a discount for it.

Our family of three had plenty of room and felt comfortable throughout the stay. The room was attractive and clearly well planned. Being in District 3 also made it easy to get a taxi or Grab and see Saigon. We were very happy with M Village Tu Xuong and would recommend this homestay.

At night it's really quiet, so I slept well. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the greenery on the first floor beside the coffee shop. It gave the place a relaxing, holiday-like feel. I love staying here.
