Friendly Hotel

My aunt and uncle came by for two hours in the morning, but the hotel wouldn’t let them visit unless I paid an extra 200,000 VND per person. Unbelievable. The service was poor, and the hotel was dirty, with a blackened wooden floor. My room was for four people, while the price was 1.3 million VND for a room for two. I don’t recommend staying here.

We were charged over 1 million VND in what I consider fraudulent fees. The room was expensive, and the service was awful. The bed linen was changed, but the replacements were damp and smelly. Bathroom towels were left on the toilet lid, the toilet paper rolls were dusty, the room was moldy, and there was no hot water. Breakfast had only a few very boring choices. I’ll never return.

I was very satisfied and would come back. The hotel is new and clean, right among the shopping center and park, and the staff were helpful and enthusiastic. My room was only 800,000 VND, breakfast included.

The buffet breakfast was delicious and free, and the friendly staff made the stay pleasant. The hotel was luxurious and clean, with great value for the money.
