Staff were lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. Our room was less than a five-minute walk from Bui Vien walking street, yet we couldn't hear the music through the night. There's no breakfast at this hotel, but we could go around the corner to the A5 Luxery hotel for the buffet, at 100,000VND per person, about $6AUD. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

The staff are absolute gems, friendly, helpful, and just wonderful people. The room had some drawbacks, but it's a 1 star hotel and I paid a cheap price, so I can't complain too much. They still tried to keep everything as clean as possible. When there was an issue with my room, they moved me straight away, and I was pretty happy with the stay, especially the staff.

I was satisfied with the stay. Security Phu was very friendly, and Reception Quynh provided good service.
