Funny Guesthouse

I’d read some pretty bad reviews, but my own stay was fine. The staff were cheerful and kind, and they changed the sheets, pillowcases, and towels whenever guests left or asked. The price was reasonable. The bed was small, but fine for one person. I’d come back.

For about the same price, I’d stayed at a much better hostel that even included breakfast. It was fully booked, though, so I had to move. The room here was tiny, with a really narrow bed and a dirty bathroom. Even after they “cleaned” it, I doubt they ever mopped the room floor. The girl at reception could smile once in a while instead of looking at me like I was an idiot. Honestly, go somewhere else.

The owner was so friendly and kind, and went out of his way to make sure guests were happy. He shared food with me and even let me do laundry for free. The room was perfectly clean, and I liked having a table by my bed. He also provided a toothbrush, comb, and towel. I stay in hostels often, and this had the best service I’ve ever had. The location is perfect, right by the main walking area, which is lively and safe. I highly recommend FUNNY HOSTEL.

The staff were friendly, and the place was convenient, with hot water in the shower and a comfortable bed. But the room was cramped, dense, and dusty, and overall it wasn’t clean. I stayed a week and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned once. One day, trash kept me awake in the morning, and I got sick on my last day. I’d booked a double bed, but every bed on every floor was a single. Poor management. You get what you pay for.
