The amenities include a gym and indoor pool. Office-tel service fees are around 30,000 VND/m2, with lower fees for residents. Motorbikes can park free in the lobby or ground floor, or use the basement for 5-10,000 VND/hour. Car parking is available in Gia Dinh Park or the basement, both charged by the hour. The building sits on a corner of two major roads, right beside Gia Dinh Park, and is only 1.5-2km from Tan Son Nhat Airport, close enough to walk. The lobby and building are clean and attractive, and the security and reception staff are professional and attentive. Office-tel rent at 10-15 million VND seems reasonable, while purchase prices of 70-90 million VND vary by unit, orientation, floor, and other factors, and feel a bit high. Overall, 5 stars.
