The host was really friendly, and the room was clean with a kitchen and other useful amenities. I'd come back next time.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, full kitchen area, and full size fridge. The shower was separate and drained properly, which isn't usually the case in Vietnam. There was a sage in the room too, which is always nice. I found the listing on Agoda, though from the first glance you might walk right past it. Check-in was easy, and the service was in good English. I asked about paying cash at check-in and was told it was fine to pay at checkout. Lucky seemed to be at the front desk whenever I was around, always helpful and smiling.

Room 301 was very large and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic. I'd stay here again.

The reception guy was friendly and did what he could to help. The room was roomy, with a sofa, kitchenette, and the kitchenware needed to cook. The bathroom and shower were clean, and the city center location put everything nearby. Renovation work in the neighboring building was the problem during my week there. From about 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the noise made it hard to relax, listen to music, or watch movies. It did quiet down by the weekend. Since the Booking reservation was non-refundable and I had to stay the whole week, I think the hotel should warn guests ahead of time or offer more flexible terms in situations like this.
