Golden Tree Hotel & Apartment By Zuzu

I’ve been at the Golden Tree Apartment for three weeks and have booked another six. It suits what I need, and I’ll keep staying here whenever I’m in D7. The apartment is roomy, the beds are comfortable, the shower gets properly hot with strong pressure, and the air conditioning stays cool. There’s also a large HD TV. The kitchenette works for its purpose. I hardly ever use the induction hob or microwave, but the fridge keeps food fresh and drinks cold. Inside, there’s no street noise, so sleep is peaceful. Housekeeping are attentive and friendly, and clean thoroughly whenever requested. Kay at concierge is also friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.

The street has most things close at hand: a supermarket, lovely coffee next door, and a local noodle soup place where we ate breakfast or lunch nearly every day. The hotel itself is clean and nicely decorated, and we’ve loved staying here. K on staff made it especially good. He was cheerful, respectful, easy to talk to, and always glad to help or share recommendations. Really excellent service. We’re already looking forward to coming back and seeing K again. Highly recommend!

The room was kept clean and in good shape, and they topped up the supplies every day. Staff at reception were warm and helpful, and the laundry service was easy to use and done well. It’s a comfortable, hassle-free place to stay, with a handy location close to two malls and lots of restaurants. I had a great visit and would recommend it.

There’s a 7 eleven across the street, with cafes and restaurants nearby. Buses are only a few minutes away on foot and go straight into Saigon. The hotel is clean, the rooms are modern and nicely designed, and the bed was really comfortable. There’s a kitchen and small fridge in the room, and someone is always available at reception, day or night. The staff were so friendly and ready to help. They cleaned daily, or, if they couldn’t get to the room, left a box of replacement items outside. We were very happy with our stay. It was our first time in Vietnam, and we were sad to leave because we loved it here. I’d definitely stay again.
