The six-bed room was cramped, with barely enough room to walk, and there was no guest common area, just a small reception desk with two chairs. When I arrived, there were crumbs on the bed. They only changed the sheets after I asked. The toilet and shower door lock was broken, leaving a gap, so I couldn’t close it properly or use the room normally. There were no lockers, so I had to attach my backpack to my jeans while sleeping. It was impossible to relax or get proper rest. Management showed me one bed, but when I came back someone else’s things were there, and I was moved without notice. System error. Not worth 150,000 VND. If you care about sleep and the safety of your belongings, skip this place. The system here is broken.

The room was dirty, with trash under the bed and ants, and the shower pressure was the worst I’ve ever had. I paid more than other people, paying day by day. When I was ready to pay for five days at once, they said I couldn’t stay any longer and let someone else book the room I was in. I don’t know why. I was kicked out for no reason. Now I’m paying the same price for a clean room with no ants, and everything is much better.
