The front desk staff during the day were great and very kind, and the rooms were somewhat clean. They’re not the best rooms, though it depends on your standards. We had two good nights out of three. On the last night, the air conditioner started dripping. Two men tried to fix it by stuffing toilet paper into the unit. The night receptionist was rude, muttering “oh my god” under his breath, refused to offer any discount, and asked whether we could sleep through the dripping. After three trips downstairs, I asked if he could sleep through dripping water himself. He reluctantly moved us to another room. After what we saw that last night, I’m not sure I’d recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, though the furnishings are a little old. Breakfast in the morning is decent, and the front desk girl speaks English and Japanese. It’s a clean hotel in a good location. For a two- or three-star place, it’s pretty good.

The receptionist was friendly, but the bathroom cleanliness could be better. I wouldn’t recommend the massage and spa on the hotel’s first floor. The masseur wasn’t professional, and the room was small and smelly.

The room was adequate, but didn’t feel particularly nice, and the bathroom seemed kind of dirty. I stayed as part of a tour, but wouldn’t normally choose to stay there again.

The staff were very friendly, and the location is handy if you want to visit ben thanh market. The air conditioning didn’t work. Still, considering what you pay, it was pretty good.
