The bathroom was really unclean, with used condoms under the toilet roll holder. Otherwise, the room was a decent size for a double, quiet, and the aircon worked. The staff were very friendly, no complaints there. There are stairs and a lift, and it's across the road from the zoo, not too far from D1.

We booked two nights and a late checkout, but after the first night they changed the arrangement and wanted us out by 9 am. We checked out and found another hotel. Poor service, wouldn't recommend it.

The fridge was good, but the place was dirty and the sheets didn't look as though they'd been washed. There was no kettle.

The beds were infested with bed bugs. The hotel was dirty and the furniture old, the worst place I've stayed.

The toilet seems badly designed, since it often ends up wet.
