The room was old, and the staff kept knocking while guests were trying to sleep after paying for a few hours. They said they were checking whether the guests were staying past their scheduled time. Even if someone did, they could simply pay for the extra time, so there was no reason to keep disturbing them. Were they worried the guests couldn’t pay or something? I’ve never had this happen at another hotel. The staff were grumpy when speaking to guests, and the whole thing was a huge nuisance. I’ll never come back.

I’ve stayed here many times with colleagues, and we’ve all had a good experience. The hotel is quite clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We’ll come back.
