The self-serve washer and dryer were a useful bonus, and we were able to do our laundry. Service involved little interaction, but was good. Rooms are generally great for the KiN brand, with a modern look and bathrooms that have a touch of Vietnamese style. I find the bathroom design confusing, though. If they’re modernizing the rooms, the bathrooms could use an update too. The toilet paper sits beside the shower without any wall or barrier, so it gets wet. The airport is close, and there are lots of local food options at cheaper prices than in tourist areas. The downside is the noise early in the morning, around 7-8am. The hotel is right beside an elementary school, and motorcycles arrive as children are dropped off. I’d recommend this location if you’re an early riser and want to be near the airport and local areas.

I’d stay here again if I get the chance. The room was quite good for the price, and Aimee was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is handy for the airport, with plenty of local food nearby. I tried the chicken pho and Hue beef noodle soup, and both were delicious.

The bed was very comfortable, the best night’s sleep I’ve had since arriving in Vietnam. I also liked the moody lighting, projector screen, and room design, along with the separate full-size bathtub and shower. There’s a smoking deck, a minibar, complimentary snacks, and a cool café downstairs serving artisan coffee as well as the usual options. The hotel is good value, with fantastic service and a location fairly close to the airport. My only complaint is that hot water lasts just 60 seconds. It should last at least 5 minutes, though that isn’t unusual in Vietnam. It doesn’t turn cold, just lukewarm.

We liked the two nights we spent here. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, and the location was convenient. We also enjoyed watching shows on the projector. It’s close to the airport and has free laundry and dryers. There’s no lift, but staff carried our suitcases both up and down.
