La Rosa Apartment

My friend got me a night here when I was extremely wasted. The room may not be the biggest, but it's modern, convenient, and tidy. I also heard they have regular cleaning. If you're looking for a place to live in Thảo Điền on a reasonable budget, this could work.

I've lived in this apartment for seven months, and the rooftop saltwater pool is amazing, with a 360 view and a big patio for BBQs. There are hot M/F saunas and a full private gym. The apartments are spacious, and there's an on-site restaurant serving good Vietnamese and western food, with free room service delivery. Staff are helpful and kind. The area in Thao Dien is quiet, with groceries four minutes away on foot and anywhere else within a 15-20 minute walk. I'd recommend it if you like privacy, quiet, and a more upscale experience. I gave it four stars because 25M for a two-bedroom is quite expensive, and utilities add 2M. I'm a solo traveler, and they only have two- to three-bedroom apartments. Still, I enjoyed the amenities every day, the tranquility, and the service, so it was worth it for me.

La Rosa Serviced Apartments is a great place to get together, whether you're spending time at the rooftop pool during the day or having an evening gathering, even with a big crowd. It's especially nice when you're tired of Covid, lockdowns, and social distancing. At La Rosa, you can hang out together without worrying about social distancing.

We've moved several clients into this building, and I'm always impressed by how pleasant and helpful the security team and other staff are. It's clean and in a convenient location.
