Luxury Condotel Luminous Leman

We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this apartment, especially to families or groups wanting comfort and convenience in the city. It was easy to get around, with major tourist sights and malls a short walk away. The building felt secure: the friendly guard even helped us communicate with our Grab driver, and card access is needed for the elevators. Having Starbucks on Level 1 and a 24-hour supermarket in the basement was handy. The supermarket prices are a little high, probably because it's a tourist area, but the convenience made up for that. Spa Mani Mani across the road was a great stop after a long day walking. The apartment matched its listing photos. The rooftop pool was clean and relaxing, just as pictured. Bedsheets and towels were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the adjustable AC kept the room pleasant. The toilet area was clean too. I also appreciated the washer and dryer, while the smart TV with YouTube kept the kids busy. When I asked for an extra blanket, the host brought one quickly and without any fuss. A few small issues: the floor was dusty enough to turn our feet black when we walked barefoot, and the shower and bathtub heater sometimes switched between hot and cold. Ants showed up quickly, so it's best to clear the rubbish daily and not leave food out. Even with those things, we enjoyed our stay. The location, comfort, and thoughtful touches make it a good choice for larger families looking for somewhere convenient and secure.

Ms.Chloe and her team had the apartment thoughtfully set up with everything needed for a comfortable, memorable stay. Mr.Leo and the staff deserve a special mention for their hospitality and service. A great option for families or groups of friends, centrally located near a 24/7 grocery store and popular hangout spots.

Check-in was easy, and we appreciated the fresh towels and coffee. The host responded quickly and gave us useful suggestions for things to do nearby. Our stay at Luminous Leman was amazing: the apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It's in district 3, super close to Ho Chi Minh City's busiest areas and local attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway and can't wait to return.

Chloe made check-in easy and did a lot to help us feel comfortable and relaxed. Léman luxurious apartments was superbly located near the main sights, with access to a rooftop pool and gym. We had a fab stay, and I highly recommend it!
