Cafés, restaurants, and a convenience store are all within walking distance, and Ben Thanh Market is only about a 10-minute walk, a little over 1 km. The location is really good. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Good value in a convenient part of Saigon. The rooms were clean and furnished, with comfortable beds, decent towels, and big bathrooms stocked with soap. It's a large, simple hotel with the basic amenities. Reception was a bit slow, so customer service there could be better.

For 390,000 VND a night, the location is good. Restaurants, street food, bars, banks, ATMs, malls, and convenience shops are all within walking distance. The hotel is state-owned, and the service felt unfriendly and not very good, much like at other state-owned companies. They charge fines for things such as vomiting in the room or getting the duvet cover dirty, 200,000 VND for each.

The housekeeping did a great job with the laundry and ironing. I love this place, and the mother there is someone I wish I'd had.
