M City Hotel Saigon

We had a lovely time here in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff made the stay feel personal. Reception and entrance staff were all friendly and welcoming. My friend and I probably became familiar faces because of all the Grab deliveries we sent to reception, from herbal tea bottles to a whole Go! Supermarket order of snacks and souvenirs for home. We never knew when we'd get back from exploring. Before long, the staff recognized us and our room number as soon as we came in, and had our orders ready with a smile. They'd learned our usual routine, asked which flavors we'd chosen, or told us their favorites. That warmth and attention made the experience feel special, not just transactional. The complimentary high tea each day was a great way to escape the scorching heat from 2-4pm after a refreshing swim in the lovely little pool.

I traveled solo in Vietnam and had a fantastic experience. The hotel felt great and incredibly safe, and the location was amazing, just a short walk from excellent food and cafes. Getting to the airport was easy too. Minh from the Front of House team was super helpful and personable. After a long, hot day, the pool and gym were a real treat. I highly recommend the hotel.

The location made things easy, right in the heart of District 1 and within walking distance of lots of restaurants. The rooms were spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with one of the loveliest hotel bathrooms we've seen. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the staff were so kind and helpful. They helped our family transfer bags and even assisted with translation when items were lost. This was easily the best hotel of our whole trip.

Breakfast had a great range of quality food, including freshly made beef and chicken noodle soup, plus plenty of other choices. The hotel was clean throughout, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked having universal power outlets and USB-A charging points in the room. The soundproofing between rooms and hallways was a little below average, but it didn't disturb my sleep, and I heard no street noise. I'd definitely stay again.
