The water heater was the worst part. Apparently it runs on solar power, so there’s no hot water when there’s no sun. During the day, it worked, but after going out at night I couldn’t even get warm water for a late shower. I had to shower cold and woke up with a bad headache and a cold the next day. Does this mean there won’t be hot water at all in rainy season? The mattress and pillows were horrible, the blanket was thin, and the quilt cover material was poor. Disappointed.

The staff member Khoa was pleasant and helpful, and the café on the ground floor was nice. The clean, modern loft space in Da Kao is centrally located, within walking distance of places that let you get away from Saigon’s frantic traffic. I’m a big fan of M village enterprise.

The laundry is included, and the café was a highlight, with really tasty food. There’s also a very good Bon Bo Hue nearby. The big room is worth recommending: great location, reasonable price, very clean, and the staff replied quickly on WhatsApp.

I’ve tried several M village locations, and this is one of my favorites. The rooms are amazing and well equipped, and the staff are ready to help make guests’ stays great. Ut is especially kind and always willing to lend a hand. I also like the coffee shop downstairs and how easy it is to come and go. Like at the other locations, the staff are very well trained, which makes me want to stay at M village apartments and hotels more often. Thank you.
