Stylish and nice, though the apartments are long and narrow, which takes away from how good they could be.

The view is nice, and the area feels clean and secure. Parking is a hassle, though, and getting upstairs after parking is inconvenient with the way VinGroup manages things. Parking outside also takes careful attention. I appreciate the tight security, but the extra difficulties are a nuisance.

The third and fourth buildings seem like the best places to live to me, since their pool is bigger than the pools in buildings one and two. The park is always clean, there are varied recreational activities, and the whole place is very quiet. In all my 37 years, I've never lived anywhere that felt so much like paradise. Everything needed for a peaceful, happy life is here, with a friendly service team and excellent security and reception. I’m sincerely grateful to the management and team for keeping this wonderful space in such good condition. The reception, security, and pool staff in the third building deserve special thanks for being attentive, kind, and always smiling. I can’t imagine a better place to live.

The broker was helpful, honest, and enthusiastic. The apartments vary from pretty nice to beautiful. 👍
