I live in the Garden Gate apartment building. When I went in to drop off my things, I asked the guard a question and he answered as if he were shouting straight at me. His attitude was rude and impolite.
2/10
The parking garage guard is very rude and impolite. The building should look at how its staff treat people, because this has a serious effect on the apartment building's image.
10/10
I took a walk around and really enjoyed it. The grounds feel spacious and airy, with a gym, swimming pool, and stunning views. It’s one of the most luxurious apartment projects in Phu Nhuan district.
6/10
I got to the 7 Eleven store in about 4 minutes and parked my motorbike at the store entrance, not the apartment building entrance. A security guard then aggressively told me to move it across the street.
2/10
Management should reconsider what security guards are expected to do and make sure they speak appropriately to drivers. There shouldn’t be different treatment for cars and motorbikes, especially with motorbike drivers being yelled at like children.
