The bed and pillows smelled really bad, and the room hadn't been cleaned. There was a cigarette packet and rubbish on the floor. Getting there from the airport was difficult even by taxi, and the staff spoke Vietnamese only. Although I'd paid by credit card through the booking site, the hotel didn't seem to understand and asked me to pay cash. I wasn't given a receipt. I contacted the booking site's customer center, but their call to the hotel didn't resolve anything. Since the customer center only spoke English, I figured a call from them wouldn't get through either. The booking site refunded me later.

Really friendly, nice staff with a good sense of hospitality. Seems like a good place to stay for a longer time.

For the price, I think it's a good hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were nice.
