They canceled my room without telling me. When I arrived, they said there were no rooms available. If they don't notify a customer, they should find a similar room or handle it more politely. I had walked a kilometer to get there, and after that kind of treatment, who would book again? I didn't expect service this bad or such poor problem handling in the middle of Saigon.

I still don't know what rating to give. Booking took more steps than anywhere else I've stayed, with so many confirmations. When I arrived at the agreed check-in time, the gate was locked from inside. I called about ten times and couldn't get through.

I booked the most expensive option on booking, but the place was dirty and smelled bad when I arrived. It didn't look like the listing. The owner told me I'd have to pay extra to get the same place shown in the picture.
