Saigon By Night Luxury Hotel

The location is good, on a quiet street, and the bathroom was comfortable. Breakfast was another plus: they tried their best to serve what was on the menu, and I have no complaint about it. But the mattress was worn out, uncomfortable, and too small for the bed. We slept badly all three nights. The housekeeper also didn’t clean the room and bathroom properly. We mentioned it once or twice, and they just said, “sorry.” Customer service needs improvement. The mattress needs replacing right away, the bedsheets need to be better quality, and the room needs a thorough clean.

The hotel has been nicely renovated, and the staff were extremely friendly and polite. Fresh bedsheets and a cozy atmosphere made it a lovely place to start the day. Breakfast is included, with a wide range of choices. A few more coffee stations around the restaurant would make it even better. There are grocery stores just across the street, and plenty to explore nearby, including a gym, karaoke, spa massages, and other services. It’s convenient for business trips and solo travelers. There’s also a charming white swing and a coffee stand right outside, a sweet spot to enjoy a morning brew. I recommend booking ahead to secure a spot.

My room was comfortable and tidy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location made exploring easy, with many attractions just a short walk away. I felt right at home at Saigon By Night Hotel, and can’t wait to return.
