Phan Hotel

I keep returning to this hotel, often for stays of one or two weeks, and it’s always been great. The staff are friendly and lovely, the rooms are very clean, and the location is excellent. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay and would come back. The room was beautiful, with a great view, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was convenient and easy to get around from the location.

The room we were assigned wasn’t known until check-in, and there’s no elevator in the building, which is effectively six stories high. If you end up on the fifth or sixth floor, carrying suitcases would be extremely difficult. The place is completely different from the pictures, and the facilities and room size are nowhere near what was advertised. I consider that fraudulent advertising. The room isn’t especially good or cheap, so with no elevator, I see no reason to choose this hotel. I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area, and there are many better options at the same price. Choosing a hotel shouldn’t be a gamble, so look carefully and search wisely. Even if you insist that the room doesn’t meet the advertised conditions, you won’t get a refund. Good luck to you!

We booked months ahead, but when we arrived the hotel said it was full and took us to a sister hotel instead. That place felt even dodgier, and the room was small, musty and dirty. We had to cancel and find somewhere else at a high last-minute price. It was really annoying, and we wasted both time and money. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!
